Vaccines are stored and administered according to best practice and each client is observed after vaccination. We issue written vaccine records and provide receipts to support medical aid claims where applicable.

To submit vaccine claims through medical aid, please provide accurate details before your visit:
- Medical aid name and membership number
- Main member full name and ID number
- Home address and cellphone number
- Child details where applicable: full names, date of birth and age
Provide complete and accurate information to avoid delays in processing claims. We supply receipts and vaccine records to support claims.
All vaccines are stored and handled according to recommended cold‑chain procedures. We follow best practice for administration and observation. If you or your child have a history of severe allergic reactions, please inform us before booking.
