All consultations and procedures are confidential. We explain consent and documentation before any procedure and respect your choices at every step. If you have a history of allergic reactions, bleeding disorders, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, tell us before booking so we can advise appropriately.
Frequently asked questions
Local anaesthetic is used where appropriate. Most clients report only mild discomfort during insertion or removal.
We can advise on emergency contraception and provide appropriate treatment where clinically indicated. Contact reception for urgent advice.
Feminine health services for the most part at the clinic are cash only. Check with your medical aid for possible reimbursement, we can provide receipts to support claims.
A Pap smear appointment typically takes 15–20 minutes including consultation and sample collection.
