We can advise on emergency contraception and provide appropriate treatment where clinically indicated. Contact reception for urgent advice.

Can I claim feminine health services on medical aid?

Feminine health services for the most part at the clinic are cash only. Check with your medical aid for possible reimbursement, we can provide receipts to support claims.

How long does a Pap smear take?

A Pap smear appointment typically takes 15–20 minutes including consultation and sample collection.

Aftercare and follow ups?

You will receive written aftercare instructions after any procedure. For Implanon insertion or removal we advise a short follow up if you have concerns about bleeding, pain or device position. For Pap smears we will contact you with results and recommended next steps.
